For adults and children 14 years of age and over. Mix 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with 8 fl oz (250 ml) of water or juice, stir well, and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of water and ensure adequate fluid intake. Effects may be noticed 12-24 hours after the first dose, potentially taking 2-3 days. For the first week, start with 1 serving per day, increasing to a maximum of 3 times daily. Take at least 2 hours before or after other medications.

This product may cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium; discontinue use if that occurs. Stop using the product if you notice any signs of an allergic reaction or sensitivity. It may also cause temporary gas or bloating as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake, which is normal.

Do not use this product if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product. Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure or diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Do not use if safety cap is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow in dry form.
